Fans

Fans come in many different styles such as snail style or fan wheels depending on the brand & type of heater you have. We stock a full range of fans, plus the parts within to keep your fan & heater working efficiently.

If you think your fan isn’t working properly, please take a note of the make and model of your heater and we can find the appropriate replacement/fix for you.

Baffle Plates

The baffle is a heavy duty component located at the top of the firebox inside a wood burning stove, typically made from metal to cope with high temperatures. It also helps to keep heated air and waste gases inside the firebox for longer to produce even more heat from burning wood.

Cowels

The cowl is placed on top of the flue (outside) and is designed to allow the smoke to escape but not allow rain down the flue. With a range of different options to choose from, such as revolving/rotating flue cowel, a spinning cowel or mushroom cowel. When it comes time to replace yours, finding out if you’ve got the best option for you cowl is something we can help with.
